My only quarrel with Mullvad is a lack of a Android/iOS client, but the OpenVPN works well & i'm sure that's in the work with the good foulkes at mullvad. Jurisdiction is in Sweden (which is inside the 14 eyes shared intelligence scheme) but from my research, Mullvad guarantee's that there is no logs that they keep on there users.
